Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, though lacking views, are bursting with character and feel like a home kitchen full of great ingredients. The service, especially from the new staff members, was fabulous, and the friendly approach without being intrusive was a standout. The location, on a narrow alleyway in the historical area of Palma, is magical, providing easy access to local sights and shops. However, the dining options, though pricey, were not as impressive as expected.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while a bit cramped due to the original building structure, were beautiful and featured a huge jacuzzi bathtub and overhead power shower, surrounded by stunning stained glass windows. However, the need to switch on the heating an hour in advance was a bit inconvenient. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially for finding a lost earring. The location, right next to the Cathedral, added to the authentic charm, but there were occasional strong smells and the need for a taxi for some spots. The dining experience was superb in a separate dining room, and overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
